Payment

The amount will be charged when the item is shipped.

Change of order

We will process your order as soon as we receive it to ensure prompt delivery. Feel free to contact us at info@hijabhus.com as soon as possible if you have changed to your order. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change.

Order cancellation

Already sent orders cannot be canceled. If you do not want the items received, return them to us.

Complaint

You have some able 14 days' right of complaint. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, ie 14 days.

Advising takes place at info@hijabhus.com. An explanation must be given of the problem with the item and a picture of the error. We do not cover the freight for the return of the item.

What is the time frame to take advantage of the refund option?


Customers have 14 days of cancellation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns (customer or Hijab Hus)?


If the customer is free of charge for orders 75$ Or the equivalent in local currency and returning goods from the order so that the customer ends up with costs below 75$ Or the equivalent in local currency, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount upon return.

Return and products status

  • The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition and quantity as at the receipt, ie. They must be in the same packaging as at reception and have a price tag.

  • We will only refund the refund to the credit card for which the goods are paid.

  • If you have used our free shipping on orders over 75$ Or the equivalent in local currency, the return must be made when you buy a return label.

 

What is the policy for defective/broken products?

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

What is the next step to initiate a return?

  • Upon return after 14 days, Hijab Hus is not obliged to return customers' late returns, so customers must pay for the freight at their own expense.

  • We will process your return as soon as possible after receipt, then transfer your money to the same card that was used for payment. There will be a few 1-3 business days before the money is in your account.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hijabhus.com.
  • If the customer is free of charge for orders over 75$ Or the equivalent in local currency and returning goods from the order so that the customer ends up with costs below 75$ Or the equivalent in local currency, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount upon return.

Payment and order

  • We process goods as soon as possible and ship within the day after order receipt if there are no issues with the order.
  • Once we have shipped your order, we will send you the tracking number if you request this.
  • Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
  • If there is an error in the address provided by you, the package will be returned to Hijab
  • House. In this case, you will be charged a new shipping fee to receive the package again.
  • When you place an order, you warrant that all the information you provide is accurate, that you are over 18 years old and that you are an authorized user of the credit card used and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase.


Customer Information and Security

Please provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address upon submission of your order. Hijab Hus is responsible for the safe storage of this information and warrants that they will not be disclosed to third parties.


Privacy Policy:

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not reveal customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
